Winning Works

Overview

All submissions for the Choreographers of Color Awards 2012 have been received and reviewed by the selection committee. We would like to thank all of the applicants for submitting their applications and talented works. The choreographers that have been chosen for this year's Choreographers of Color Awards are Bennyroyce Royon, Carlos dos Santos, and Ray Mercer. The choreographers are coming to work the the Joffrey Academy Trainees from January until March.

The three winning choreographers and Academy Artisic Director, Alexei Kremnev will be showcasing their creative works in an exciting and exhilarating performance entitled Winning Works: Choreographers of Color Awards 2012. The Winning Works performance will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 4:00pm. Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 at the door and are on sale now at www.harristheaterchicago.org.
