How many tickets am I required to purchase to qualify for a group discount?

You need to purchase a minimum of 10 tickets. If you don't have the minimum, you can still purchase group tickets, but they will be full-priced. 

 

 
Is there a group discount for all performances?

All performances offer special group pricing as well as a waiver of all per ticket handling fees. 

 
Can we book a reception or plan an event on our performance date?

Yes! Make your group outing extra special by adding a catered pre-performance reception. Give your group members the opportunity to mingle and network. Contact for more info. 

 
What’s the best section of seating in the Auditorium Theatre?

Choosing your seats is a matter of personal preference, as well as the price-point your group feels most comfortable with. The Group Sales Manager will be happy to discuss options and the benefits of select areas of the house. You may view the seating chart to familiarize yourself as well. 

 

 
Will we be seated together?

We make every effort to seat your group together. In some cases, in order to get you the very best seats, we will break your group into smaller blocks of seats. All group discounts and seating are subject to availability. Order early to secure the best seat locations. 

 
How do I get my tickets?

Tickets can be sent via USPS and generally arrive within a week to 10 days after payment in full. Tickets can also be emailed in PDF format to the group leader for distribution. 

 

 
Can I pick up my tickets at will-call?

We dissuade groups from picking up their tickets at will-call on the day of performance. If this is your only option, the group leader will need to contact the group sales representative well in advance to make will-call ticket arrangements.
