It is easy to get started providing your favorite group of 10 or more with unforgettable memories. Celebrate dance with us and take advantage of all the benefits of buying as a group!

 

The Perks!

  • Savings up to 50% based on availability and selected dates. The amount of the discount will vary depending on when your order is booked, seating availability and date you choose.
  • You will never pay the current single ticket price for your tickets when purchasing your group tickets.
  • Priority seating. Group tickets can be booked before they go on sale to the general public for each season! Book early for the best seating and early bird specials.
  • Opportunity to pair your group’s performance date with a “Meet the Artists”, pre-performance chat, at no additional cost! "Meet the Artists" occurs one hour prior to the first Saturday matinee, the Thursday evening and the second Saturday evening performances for all programs, Nutcracker excluded.
  • Flexible payment plans*
  • A few folks have decided to come after your order is complete? No worries, you can do an add-on order (less than 10) to your original order. Seating will be based on availability.
  • Preferred restaurant and hotel suggestions to enhance your experience.
  • NO handling fees on each ticket ~ just a one-time of $11.00 fee for the entire order. 

 

The Particulars!

  • Fill out a group sale request form OR call the Group Sales department directly at 312.386.8937.
  • There is a one-time handling fee of $11.00 on the whole order NOT each ticket.
  • A non-refundable deposit of one half of the balance is due approximately two weeks after the order is placed. Final payment is due six weeks prior to your performance date. *Alternate flexible payment plans are available for organizations upon approval.
  • We accept one (1) form of payment for each group order - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or check.
  • Once a deposit or order is paid in full there are no refunds or exchanges. However, the size of your group’s final payment may be increased if tickets are available or decreased prior to making your final payment
  • Tickets will be mailed directly to the group leader.
