The Joffrey Ballet is excited to capture the magic of Ronald Hynd's The Merry Widow production with a glamorous luncheon, entitled "Lunch at Maxim's: Celebrating The Merry Widow," at the Four Seasons Chicago on
Friday, February 11, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. While paying tribute to the
world renown French eatery, Maxim's, the lunch will feature a
spectacular raffle, indulgent Parisian-style pampering and creative
cuisine. The festivities will raise funds for the Joffrey's
Boeing Bridge Program -- a student focused dance program designed to
introduce Chicago Public School students to the basic elements of ballet
technique. The Joffrey Ballet is proud to give back to the community
while sharing the joy of dance with local students.
Tickets for the event are $250 a person. VIP tables are also available for $2,500 and $5,00.
All attendees will receive 10% off tickets to The Merry Widow during
The Joffrey Ballet's Winter Program at the Auditorium Theatre of
Roosevelt University: February 16-27, 2011. For more information
