What: The Joffrey Ballet is excited to capture the magic of Ronald Hynd's The Merry Widow production with a glamorous luncheon, entitled Lunch at Maxims: Celebrating The Merry Widow." While paying tribute to the world renown French eatery, Maxims, the lunch will feature a spectacular raffle, indulgent Parisian-style pampering and creative cuisine. The festivities will raise funds for the Joffrey's Boeing Bridge Program -- a student focused dance program designed to introduce Chicago Public School students to the basic elements of ballet technique. All attendees will receive 10% off tickets to The Merry Widow during The Joffrey Ballet's Winter Program at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University: February 16-27, 2011.
