Natalie Rothgeb



Natalie Rothgeb, from Cincinnati, Ohio, began her ballet training in 1985 with Janet Carleton. She studied classical ballet in Cecchetti, Vaganova, and Balanchine techniques at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Ballet Tech Ohio and Indiana University. Natalie started practicing pilates to supplement her training, and later utilized it to rehabilitate a series of spinal injuries. She is certified by Body Arts and Sciences International in pilates instruction and regularly attends continuing education programs focusing on biomechanics, injury prevention and pilates for dancers. Natalie has been teaching dance and exercise for over ten years and utilizes her years of ballet training and time spent in injury rehabilitation to maximize the benefits of pilates for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
